All images and content of Malibu Beachwear is rightfully owned by Malibu Beachwear. External usage of images or content from Malibu Beachwear are prohibited unless with permission from Malibu Beachwear management.

ON PLACING ORDERS

Sales are made on first come first serve basis.

Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details.

If you are no longer interested, we would appreciate it if you can inform us asap.

Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangable.

ON RESERVATIONS

Reservations for stocks on hand can only be made for a maximum period of 24 hours. Once that time is up, we'll make the item available to the next interested buyer.

Reservations cannot be made for restock orders.

ON BACK ORDERS

As our swimwear is imported, we usually schedule restock batches once every month end. The dates will be announced on our site and stocks will reach us approximately 2 weeks from the closing date mentioned. No worries, you will be notified via email once we have them and they will be packed and sent out the following postage day.

We would also love to highlight to our customers, only place your orders if you are willing to wait as shipment might have the possibility of being delayed as it is beyond our control.

In the event of failing to restock certain pieces, kindly be assured that we will refund the full amount back to you.

ON PAYMENT

We only have MAYBANK for local bank transfers or atm cash deposits.
PAYPAL will be the preferred International payment method but do note that there will be a small fee chargeable.

The buyer will bear the postage/COD fees.

ON DELIVERY METHODS

We provide Pos Laju (Domestic) and Registered Post (International) as methods of postage for customers. Charges varies according to parcel weight

Items will only be mailed on the next postage day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) after payment has been fully made.

We will not be liable for any losses/damages caused during the delivery of goods using the mentioned delivery services.

ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS & EXCHANGES

Once you have received your parcel, please note to inspect your orders properly.

We will only accept exchanges if items are defective caused by the manufacturing of goods and can't be fixed.

All items must be return back to us within a week from the date you have received them.

Any longer than that we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
